We are seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to support our aggressive acquisition / de novo growth strategy. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing on acquisitions of primary care clinics that align with our value-based care model. This is a high-visibility position with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and build sophisticated models for potential acquisitions.
- Perform due diligence on acquisition targets, focusing on financial performance, payer economics, clinical quality metrics, operational infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and value-based care readiness.
- Support deal sourcing through market research, mapping independent primary care groups and clinics in Texas and Florida markets.
- Prepare investment decks, presentation materials, and analyses for executive leadership and private equity sponsor reviews.
- Assist with transaction execution, including LOI/negotiation support, coordination with legal advisors, and post-merger integration planning.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, particularly in Medicare Advantage, value-based care, and primary care consolidation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical teams.
- Assist Chief Growth Officer with ad hoc growth analyses to support broader growth initiatives both organic and inorganic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Understanding of physician practice economics, payer dynamics (especially Medicare Advantage), and value-based care models is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
