Create marketing plan for new centers, providers, and new service lines
Report on KPIs and marketing performance statistics
Responsible for managing marketing agency relationships and creating and executing marketing plans
Compose, develop, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies
Manage internal Graphic Designer to deliver successful campaigns, materials and promo items
Work closely with the patient outreach teams to provide the event support, direct marketing campaigns and tools for them to market and grow the centers
Support centers with marketing materials and patient engagement tools
Build corporate marketing assets to be used in all markets
Manage external broker and health plan relationships
Create marketing newsletter, manage database and ensure it grows daily, monthly
Manage social media community content, reply to comments, and create/update postings regularly
Work with agency to establish and keep online listings up to date
Works with external agency to manage online presence and reputation
Develop and manage internal marketing newsletters
Manage large marketing budget, reconciliation and forecasting
Process invoicing and payment of bills for the department

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Thorough understanding of social media and digital marketing principles and methods used to promote company and attract new member enrollments
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in Business area highly preferred. Minimum of five years’ work experience in Marketing, Sales, Marketing in Healthcare and/or Digital Marketing. Comparable record of sales leadership experience in the medical sales industry; or a combination of education and work experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs highly preferred. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving history, and active, valid personal motor vehicle insurance.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Prolonged periods of walking and standing
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
Travel to meet with clients or potential clients will be required on occasion
