This role partners closely with the Texas Market President, the senior market medical leader, and corporate operations staff to drive execution, financial and operational performance, and ensure strong alignment between clinical and operational teams. Interaction with clinical team is critical and will require local travel between primary care centers.

Position Overview
The VP of Operations, North Texas (the “VP”) serves as the clinic operations leader for performance of Palm’s Texas market primary care centers. Will be responsible for day-to-day activities with clinic administrative staff, clinic facility management, integration of clinics, and execution of market priorities at the direction of the Texas Market President.This role partners closely with the Texas Market President, the senior market medical leader, and corporate operations staff to drive execution, financial and operational performance, and ensure strong alignment between clinical and operational teams. Interaction with clinical team is critical and will require local travel between primary care centers.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Market Performance
- Lead day-to-day operations across all Texas clinics, ensuring performance across access, productivity, staffing, and patient experience
- Provide leadership, development and direct oversight to market staff and clinic teams, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and operating cadence
- Identify performance gaps and implement operational improvements to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the market
- Responsible for operational drivers of North Texas financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and clinic-level profitability
- Create actionable plans and hold teams accountable for execution
- Monitor performance trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency
- Partner closely with the Market medical leader, to help drive provider outcomes across quality, productivity, and growth
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with providers and clinic administrators, ensuring alignment between operational support and clinical expectations
- Actively address performance gaps and ensure providers are supported with appropriate staffing, workflows, and infrastructure
- Responsible to work with Revenue Cycle leadership to ensure strong alignment between clinic operations and billing performance
- Drive accountability and day-to-day oversight at the clinic level for front-end execution, documentation quality, and charge capture
- Develop initiatives that improve cash flow, reduce denials, and strengthen overall revenue integrity
- Support execution of growth initiatives, including leading the integration of new clinics and providers into the North Texas market, working closely with corporate teams to ensure successful ramp and performance
- Work closely with Texas Market President to align local market operations with enterprise priorities
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Clinical, HR, and other teams to ensure coordinated execution across the organization

- Clinical: Quality metrics, risk adjustment, value-based care outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or health administration
- 8–12+ years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership, preferably in primary care setting
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationship with providers and clinic staff
- Knowledge of E/M coding, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, and Medicare risk adjustment preferred
- Proven ability to create process standardization across multiple sites
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
