Palm Medical Centers is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our HR Team. The Senior HR Generalist provides full-cycle human resources support with a strong emphasis on employee relations, onboarding, and operational HR execution. This role partners closely with leadership to manage employee lifecycle processes, resolve complex employee issues, and ensure consistent HR practices across assigned locations. The position requires regular travel between centers to support onsite HR needs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruitment support, offer letter preparation, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Lead onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, and ensuring a seamless employee transition experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters; conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, performance management, employee engagement, and best practices.
- Coach managers on setting expectations, delivering feedback, and driving team performance and accountability.
- Maintain and process employee data within the HRIS, including hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with administration of workers’ compensation, FMLA, and short-term disability claims while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping reviews to ensure accuracy prior to submission.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintain confidential employee records and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track completion of required training programs and support employee development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement and recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain key metrics and trackers, including headcount, onboarding status, and compliance reporting.
- Travel regularly between centers to provide onsite HR support and build strong relationships with employees and leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support HR operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to employee relations and payroll processes.
- HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
