We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our healthcare centers and service lines. This role is responsible for managing marketing plans, overseeing campaigns, working with agencies and internal teams, and supporting patient outreach efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare marketing, digital media, and team collaboration, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for new centers, providers, and services
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing performance
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies to coordinate marketing strategies and campaigns
- Supervise an internal Graphic Designer to produce effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Partner with patient outreach teams to provide event support, direct marketing tools, and local marketing initiatives
- Support centers with branded marketing materials and patient engagement tools
- Build and maintain corporate marketing assets for company-wide use
- Manage external relationships with health plans and brokers
- Create and distribute marketing newsletters; grow and maintain the contact database
- Manage social media content, community engagement, and regular postings
- Work with agencies to manage online listings, reputation, and SEO
- Develop and manage internal marketing newsletters and communications
- Oversee marketing budget, including forecasting, reconciliation, and invoice processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare services and marketing strategies
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage agencies and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree in a business-related field (preferred)
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or digital marketing
- Experience managing marketing teams, budgets, and agency relationships
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active insurance
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional standing or walking during events or meetings
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Occasional travel may be required
